|What is anxiety?|
|Anxiety is the physical and mental state that happens when a tiger walks in the door and looks around in a hungry kind of way. Anxiety is referred to as a state of "fight or flight." The body mobilizes to either fight the stressor or to run away from it. For most people, anxiety is a positive, although unpleasant, experience. Anxiety prepares you, both physically and mentally, to deal with the stress in front of you.
